Color plans

Especially for the purpose of marketing, I believe spending more time making nice and attractive color plans
rather than time consuming 3D models of interiors can often be a better use of time and resources.
A 3D rendering is just a "photo", and can only be used as such. A color plan, on the other hand,
is a plan drawing, and can be used accordingly. For example: Potential buyers have the possibility to
start planning their furniture layout etc. This is a great competition advantage.
If you don't have the time and money to do 3D graphics, I have developed
computer scripts and techniques to make high quality presentation graphics "in a hurry" for you.
Most of the plans shown in this section (color plans) will take between 2 hours and 2 days to do.
